Reservations
Rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis, so please phone ahead. Children 10 and over are welcome. There is a $20.00 per night fee for a day bed. A minimum 2 night stay required weekends during June, July, August and September.
Check in/Check out
Check in time: After 2pm. Please call if time of arrival is after 9:00pm. Check out is 11am unless prior arrangements have been made.
Pets
Chloee is our Inn dog. She is not allowed in the guestrooms, however she is allowed in The Inn’s common areas. We do not allow guest’s pets. There are kennels near-by.
Smoking
We are a non-smoking establishment. We do not allow smoking in the Inn’s common areas, guestrooms, porch or garage areas. If you choose to smoke in the guestrooms we have your credit card on file and we will automatically charge you a $150.00 cleaning fee. Please ask the Inn-keepers for the designated smoking areas.
Deposit Policy
MasterCard or Visa is required to guarantee deposit. One nights room rental fee will be charged to your credit card for deposit to guarantee your room upon making your reservation. Cancellations made before 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded less $20 processing fee. If cancellation is made less than 14 days prior to reserved date the full amount of your stay will be billed and a gift certificate to use at a mutually agreed upon time will be issued.
Special Events Deposit Policy
These events include: Americade, "World's Largest Garage Sale", Summer Camp Visiting Weekends and 3 day holiday weekends. MasterCard or Visa is required to guarantee deposit. Deposit is equal to amount of full reservation, your credit card is processed immediately.
Cancellations
Must be received at least 14 days prior to your arrival for a full refund less $50.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations received within 14 days of your arrival date will forfeit full advance deposit.
